Not only is specialty coffee the new hit thing happening in Bangkok – the organic everything café/restaurants are popping up rapidly as well.
Everyday we’re constantly exposed to chemicals and toxins and one of the major source is from the food we eat. I realised how crucial healthy eating habit is hence the search for organic restaurants has become one of my newest interests.
I’ve been living around K-Village for years and the place was almost like my second home. But even though this restaurant’s been opened for awhile now, it was always empty – a table or two on good days.
But things have changed for this place. People are now more aware and conscious of what unhealthy eating habit can lead to so more and more people are in search for restaurants that are labeled organic. Hence the re-discovery of Watercress for me and many more! Now the restaurant’s always almost full!

They only use “market-fresh and chemical-free vegetables, organic and natural seasoning, rice bran oil, organic GABA rice and free range eggs.” AND it tastes as good, or even better, as MSG packed food so why not go for the healthier option?
